Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Adirahman was born on September 23, 1955. He is the son of former Puntland President Mohamed Abdi Hashi. He earned his PhD in economics from George Mason University, a master’s degree from John Hopkins University, and a master’s degree from Pace University in New York, and a Public Accountant (CPA) degree.
