The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) held a farewell ceremony for Ahmed Fiqi, the incoming Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
Before this, Fiqi had served as the Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs, and Reconciliation.
On Monday, SODMA Commissioner Mahamuud Moallim led other agency officials in holding the farewell ceremony for Fiqi.
SODMA Deputy Commissioner Ahmed Abdi was also at the event.
Moallim, Abdi, and other SODMA officials expressed gratitude to Fiqi for the cooperation he accorded the agency during his time in charge of the interior ministry.
