The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) has been sending pre-emptive alerts on floods and the associated risks.
SODMA has been relaying the alerts jointly with the World Food Programme (WFP).
Their alerts target communities and households residing in the areas that are at the highest risk of experiencing floods.
