Somali Deputy Prime Minister off to Niger for AU Summit

The Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia has left the country for Niger where he is expected to attend the African Union Summit.

Deputy Prime Minister Salah Jama’s plane left Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu on Wednesday.

He will be attending the AU Summit on Industrialization and Economic Diversification.

Participants at the Summit will discuss wide-ranging issues including the importance of industrialization and economic transformation on the continent.
