Somalia to Strengthen its CRVS Systems

The Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) has announced plans to strengthen the country’s Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) systems.

Ahmed Fiqi, the newly appointed Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs, and Reconciliation, made this announcement on Friday, August 12.

Fiqi made this announcement while leading Somalia in commemorating Africa CRVS Day.

He reminded the entire nation of his strong commitment to strengthening the CRVS systems in Somalia.
