Somaliland has appealed to donors to stop sending aid through Somalia.
Ahmed Mohamed Diriye Toorno, the Somaliland Minister of Planning and National Development, issued the call on Wednesday.
Toorno called for a change of approach by international donors.
According to the minister, the Somaliland government is capable of handling and disbursing aid properly and effectively.
