USAID Welcomes Submission of Photos of Somalis Doing Extraordinary Deeds

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) welcomes submissions from Somalis of people doing extraordinary deeds around the country.

USAID encouraged Somalis to submit photos of people doing extraordinary things around the country.

The photo contest is only for Somali citizens, USAID announced.

Furthermore, the organization informed the public that the contest is free to enter for both amateur and professional photographers.

Each person can only submit a maximum of five photos.

USAID clarified that the photos should be limited to only five categories. These include culture, development, heroes, landscape, and progress.

The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
