10,000 IDP Families to be Resettled Around Somalia

Hormuud Salaam Foundation has announced plans to work closely with the federal government in resettling around 10,000 internally displaced families across Somalia.

This initiative is part of their broader efforts to provide durable solutions to the country’s ongoing displacement crisis.

The resettlement program will likely include building housing units, providing access to clean water, sanitation, and livelihood opportunities.

It will primarily focus on helping displaced families around th country to rebuild their lives and achieve stability.

With Somalia facing protracted challenges such as conflict and climate shocks, projects like these play a critical role in mitigating the effects of displacement and fostering long-term recovery for affected communities.
