197 Somali Head Teachers Trained on Improving Quality of Education Using Data

Hundreds of headteachers in Somalia have embarked on training that equips them with new skills for improving the quality of education in their schools.

The federal Ministry of Education conducted the training in conjunction with Bar Ama Baro.

Bar Ama Baro is a project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

Officials from the education ministries at the regional state level were also present at the training.

The goal is to train the headteachers on ways of using data to improve the quality of education that Somali students receive at school.
