First, the committee announced that night rallies are now banned for both Waddani and Kulmiye parties.
Secondly, the Director-General of the Presidency has been fined 20 million Somaliland Shillings due to Kulmiye’s event at Khayriyah Square.
Third, Ceel-afweyn has been designated a restricted zone, with no campaign activities allowed for any party.
