The National Consultative Council (NCC) conference in Mogadishu resumed on Sunday.
It has attracted leaders from federal and state levels to discuss pressing national issues such as security and upcoming elections.
Notably, leaders from Puntland and Jubbaland were absent as the meeting kicked off in the capital city.
The conference aims to foster collaboration among the various levels of government to address key agendas impacting the nation.
