Low-income families are to receive subsidized LPG units from the Somali government.
Khadija Mohamed Al-Makhzoumi said this when handing over the units to Khadija M. Diriye.
Al-Makhzoumi is the federal Minister of Environment and Climate Change.
Diriye is the Minister of Women and Human Rights.
The subsidized LPG units will enable low-income households around the country to shift from charcoal to gas stoves.
