The Somaliland Electoral Ethics and Monitoring Committee has imposed fines on the Waddani and Kulmiye parties.
The Kaah political association, several officials from the government, and Hargeisa Council were also fined.
The committee that announced the fines on Sunday is part of the Somaliland National Elections Commission (NEC).
These fines are a response to breaches of the Election Code of Conduct.
