Thirty-five Somali pirates were arrested and taken to Mumbai.
Indian authorities worked closely with other naval forces to capture the pirates a few days ago.
The pirates had recently hijacked a bulk carrier off the coast of Somalia.
Naval commandos who arrested them also rescued several hostages from the hijacked vessel.
