Four hundred students from Hargeisa were recognized for completing civics and patriotism studies.
Mohamed Haji Aden Ilmi, the outgoing Minister of Parliamentary Relations and Constitutional Affairs, attended the ceremony held to honor the students.
Ilmi, who was recently announced as the new Minister of Religion and Endowments, commended the students who underwent the studies successfully.
He encouraged them to apply the lessons learned from their studies in their respective lives.
“Students who undertook the training have not only been responsible but also quite respectful and adept at their studies,” said Ilmi.
He urged them to use their training to unite the nation.
