56-Year-Old Somali Traditional Elder Among Grade 12 Students Who Sat for National Exams

A 56-year-old Somali traditional elder is among Grade 12 students who sat for the just-concluded national examinations.

Hussein Hoosh Ali, who is also a businessman, sat for the examinations at Bandiradley High School, which is in the regional state of Galmudug.

The Ministry of Education commended the achievement by Hoosh.

In its statement, the ministry stated that the traditional elder is proof that nobody is ever too old to pursue education anywhere in the East African nation.
