Seventy-five people are in police custody for the rape and murder of an 11-year-old boy in the regional state of Puntland.
Puntland police officers arrested the people connected with the shocking incident that recently took place in the region.
Samatar Abdullahi Awkah, a local police officer, confirmed the arrests.
He added that authorities arrested the man suspected of raping and murdering the young boy at a camp for internally displaced persons (IDPs).
Police arrested everyone who was near the scene of the shocking crime.
The Puntland Agency for DNA Forensic Science will publish its reports after testing those already arrested.
