Eight hundred students graduated from the Benadir University.
The university held its graduation ceremony on Thursday.
A number of dignitaries attended the ceremony.
These included cabinet ministers and Members of Parliament (MPs).
Several senior government officials were at the ceremony too.
The graduates could not hide their joy at the incredible achievement in the presence of family and friends.
