President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud says that external powers were behind the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Somaliland and Ethiopia.
President Mohamud made the claim on Sunday while addressing the media.
The President slammed Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed for leading his country down a slippery path.
President Mohamud added that he would be making more startling revelations on the controversial maritime pact soon.
