A Galgadud mother and her children lost their lives when a landmine exploded in the region.
The mother was at home together with the family when the incident occurred.
Her two other children were injured in the explosion.
She lived just outside El-La Helay, a village in Galgadud.
According to local media, Al-Shabaab fighters hid the landmine in the woman’s house.
Security agents have already taken the bodies and the wounded to a nearby health facility.
