A delegation from the World Health Organization (WHO) has traveled to the regional state of Galmudug to assess the humanitarian situation.
The WHO delegation arrived in Galmudug on Wednesday, August 3.
They then held meetings with senior officials in the local administration.
The team is in Dhusamareb, the administrative capital of Galmudug State to assess the humanitarian situation on the ground.
While in the state, the WHO officials would also assess the health needs on the ground.
