The African Development Bank (AfDB) will fund economic development in Somaliland.
Officials from AfDB held discussions centered on economic development projects in Somaliland this week.
Somaliland’s Minister of Finance and the Minister of National Planning were at the meeting.
AfDB and the Somaliland government settled on the 5-year national development plan.
Their primary focus will be job creation and economic development. Consequently, AfDB is to invest in agriculture, livestock, and the fishing sectors.
