The long-awaited aircraft maintenance hangar at the Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu is finally operational.
The hangar was opened on Wednesday, January 31.
Fardowsa Osman Egal, the federal Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, declared the hangar officially open in a ceremony conducted at the airport.
She expressed hope that the facility would elevate the quality of services offered at the airport.
In addition to that, Egal added that the hangar would allow authorities to improve Somalia’s aviation infrastructure.
