An airstrike carried out in Somalia has killed 13 Al-Shabaab militants.
The airstrike was a joint effort by the Somali National Army (SNA) and United States forces.
They carried out a joint operation in Hiran, Central Somalia on Sunday, August 14 targeting leaders of the terrorist group.
Senior Al-Shabaab commanders were among the dead.
SNA announced this successful mission through its official radio station.
