Al-Shabaab terrorist group has taken over an area in Middle Shabelle.
The terrorist group stated that it launched an attack at Darunicma in Middle Shabelle early on the morning of Friday.
Militants belonging to the group added that the military took off from Darunicma.
According to the terror group, their attack caused Somali National Army (SNA) troops and local residents to flee from the region.
They fled to Al-Kawthar iyo Adan Yabal thus leaving the terrorists to reign in Darunicma.
Nevertheless, there has been no word from government sources on the alleged terror attack by the Al-Shabaab militants.
