Somalia’s Ambassador to China, Dr. Hodan Osman, recently met with members of the Somali community and local businessmen in Yiwu.
During the meeting, she reaffirmed her commitment to addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
Dr. Hodan also stressed the critical role of engaging with the Somali diaspora to better understand their circumstances and foster stronger connections.
Yiwu, known as a global trade hub, hosts a significant number of Somali traders, making this engagement vital for strengthening ties and supporting Somali business interests in China.
