Qin Jian, the Chinese Ambassador to Somalia, has urged more businesses from the Asian powerhouse to invest in the East African nation.
Ambassador Jian made this appeal on October 29, 2020.
He said that Chinese businesses have to feel positively encouraged not only to invest in Somalia but also to establish a free trade zone in the Horn of Africa nation.
Jian stated that his call is not limited only to Chinese companies in China.
Instead, he sent out this rallying call to Chinese businesses in Kenya, Ethiopia, Mozambique, and Djibouti among others.
