An Improvised Explosive Device (IED) explosion in Mogadishu hit and damaged a vehicle belonging to African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM).
The incident, which occurred in Arbacow in Mogadishu, shocked those who were near including AMISOM troops.
Fortunately, AMISOM has confirmed that nobody was injured during the incident.
Lately, Al-Shabaab and militants from other groups have increased attacks against civilians, government officers and troops in the region.
Similarly, AMISOM, Somali National Army (SNA), and United States Africa Command (AFRICOM troops have conducted several attacks against the militia in recent months.
