There shall be an amnesty for Al-Shabaab terrorists who surrender to the Somali government.
This follows an announcement by the National Center for Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism on Sunday.
In the announcement, the center urged Al-Shabaab militants to surrender with immediate effect.
It also added that members of the group who surrender should also remember to denounce their ideology to benefit from the amnesty.
