Anti-Ethiopia protests were recorded in Burco town on Saturday.
Residents of the town took to the streets to protest the agreement recently signed between Ethiopia and Somaliland.
They were angry that Ethiopia signed a deal that grants Somaliland international recognition.
Furthermore, the residents expressed anger at the news that Ethiopia now has access to a Somaliland seaport.
They denounced the “aggression” that Ethiopia displayed.
The protestors were angry at Ethiopia’s lack of respect for Somalia’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.
