The Arab Economic and Cooperation Forum supports Somalia in the East African nation’s diplomatic row with Ethiopia.
On April 30, member nations of the Arab Economic and Cooperation Forum meeting in Doha issued a statement throwing their weight behind Somalia.
Ahmed Fiqi, Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, was at the forum.
He said that the third session of the forum, which was graced by Azerbaijan and other Central Asia nations, was a win for Somalia.
Fiqi stated that the participants affirmed their support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Somalia.
