Awdal deserves recognition as the newest Federal Member State (FMS).
Dr. Ali Ibrahim declared this when he visited Mogadishu.
He was accorded a warm welcome when the plane carrying him landed at the Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu.
Dr. Ibrahim added that Awdal satisfies all conditions for federal membership.
