Daud Aweis has commended the Somali National Army (SNA) for driving Al-Shabaab militants out of the Ali-Foldhere forest.
Aweis, the Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, commended the armed forces for what he termed a “decisive victory.”
“The decisive victory that SNA achieved in driving out the terrorists from the rest exemplifies the determination of our government in securing the country,” Aweis stated.
He added that the government remains committed to eradicating Al-Shabaab from all corners of the country.
