Barre Discusses Regional Security with Kenyan President

Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre discussed regional security with the Kenyan President in Nairobi earlier today.

The Somali leader visited President William Ruto at State House on Friday.

Their talks touched on other issues too.

These include education, trade, and investment between the two brotherly and neighboring nations.

Barre and Ruto spoke about the ongoing counterterrorism operations in Somalia.

President Ruto assured Prime Minister Barre of the support of his government in the counterterrorism efforts.
