Berbera University of Maritime Sciences and Fisheries held its 8th graduation ceremony recently.
President Muse Bihi Abdi was the chief guest at the university’s graduation ceremony.
In his speech, President Bihi congratulated the graduating students on their achievements.
He also urged them to apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills in developing the country.
