Somaliland’s President Muse Bihi Abdi held discussions with the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) and the White House National Security Council (WHNSC).
Bihi’s discussions with the two institutions took place on March 15.
Currently, the Somaliland leader is on a visit to the United States at the invitation of the Heritage Foundation.
During Tuesday’s meeting, Bihi discussed several issues with the UNSC and WHNSC representatives.
For the most part, they dwelt on the contribution that Somaliland has to make towards regional and global peace.
They also talked about the need for bolstering areas of strategic cooperation between Somaliland, UNSC, and WHNSC.
