The Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) summoned its bomb squad unit to Mogadishu’s international airport on February 27.
The unit was deployed to Aden Adde International Airport in the nation’s capital in the morning after a suspicious looking car was left parked nearby.
According to sources, the car was abandoned along Aden Adde International Airport Road.
Upon arrival, the bomb squad unit cordoned off the area.
In recent times, the city has been rocked by multiple explosions that caused the deaths of hundreds of people while injuring countless others.
