Bosaso General Hospital in the regional state of Puntland has recorded 20 deaths from the clashes that took place on Monday, July 11.
Rival factions of security forces in Puntland fought viciously against each other.
The deadly clashes took place in Bosaso town.
On Wednesday, management at the hospital issued a report claiming that it had recorded 20 deaths from the clashes.
Among the dead were 17 soldiers and 3 civilians.
Additionally, the hospital also treated 21 other people who were injured in the clashes.
