Bura Hache residents received a donation of water of and food supplies from African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) troops.
The supplies are set to benefit over 400 households in both Bura Hache and Gherille, which are both in Gedo region.
Locals have complained of a serious shortage of clean water.
Therefore, the donation by AMISOM’s Kenyan contingent is likely to prove quite helpful for the residents.
Officials from the local government joined the residents in expressing gratitude to the AMISOM troops for the donation.
