The Council of Ministers concluded its first cabinet retreat in Mogadishu on Wednesday.
The 2-day retreat, which kicked off on Tuesday, August 23, ended a day later.
Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre, who opened the retreat officially, was also present to close it. President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud joined him on the last day.
During the retreat, members of the Council of Ministers discussed wide-ranging issues.
However, they paid close attention to identifying the government’s top priorities.
