Danab Forces, a unit of specially trained Somali National Army (SNA) soldiers, arrived in Kismayo for counterterrorism operations.
The Danab commandos arrived in the Jubbaland capital on Monday.
They will add their expertise to the efforts that are already underway to eliminate Al-Shabaab terrorists from the region.
