The Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the Danab Special Forces has died.
Reports show that Abdiaziz Samir died on Sunday.
He succumbed to injuries sustained during a recent attack by Al-Shabaab terrorists.
At the time of his death, Samir was in a Mogadishu hospital receiving treatment for his injuries.
