The death toll from a security operation by Somali National Army (SNA) in a village in Hiiraan has risen to 75.
SNA conducted a security operation in an area near Yasoman village on Sunday, September 19.
Reports from the region indicate that the number of Al-Shabaab terrorists killed in the operation now stands at 75.
General Odawa Yusuf Rageh, the SNA Commander, confirmed the tally to the media on Monday morning.
He promised that the operation against the militants would continue in the region.
