President Said Abdullahi Deni of Puntland arrived back in Garowe after the weeklong trip to Dhusamareb for the National Consultative Conference.
Deni had been in the Galmudug capital city since February 2 when he traveled for elections talks between Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) and Federal Member States (FMS).
However, leaders at the elections talks failed to agree on any deal.
The plane carrying President Deni landed at the General Mohamed Abshir Airport in Garowe on Monday morning.
President Deni is yet to brief the leadership and residents of the regional state on the outcome of the Dhusamareb talks.
