Deputy Prime Minister Salah Jama opened an education conference in Mogadishu.
Jama, who is also the Acting Prime Minister, opened the Education Restructuring Conference on Saturday.
The conference provides local and international academics with a platform for discussing wide-ranging issues.
Their focus is to find ways of developing the education sector in Somalia.
