Mohamed Dubo, the Director of the Somalia Investment Promotion Office (SOMINVEST), led a delegation from Somalia to Italy.
Director Dubo and his team traveled to Milan, Italy on March 29.
The delegation that accompanied him included officials from the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS).
It also features investors and representatives from the private sector in Somalia.
The delegation is expected to hold discussions with their Italian counterparts on wide-ranging issues.
Their discussions will be with Italian investors and manufacturers.
Specifically, Dubo announced that they would focus most of their discussions on agricultural technology, banks, and equipment.
