The Djiboutian forces serving under the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) have been honored for their service to the mission.
Specifically, the troops honored were those serving under AMISOM’s Seventh Battalion.
Senior officers from AMISOM attended the ceremony held on Thursday, February 24 to honor the troops.
They have served as part of the AMISOM force for the last two-and-a-half years.
