Aden Duale has called for increased collaboration in the fight against terrorism along the Kenya-Somalia border.
Duale, the Kenyan Minister of Defense, called for this when he visited terrorist hotspots along the border.
He visited various towns that the Al-Shabaab militia has turned into terror hotspots for a long time.
The minister visited Kiunga/Ras Kamboni, Liboi-Harhar/Dhobley, and Mandera/Belet Hawo towns along the Kenyan-Somali border.
Duale assured the terrorists that their days of terror were numbered.
He added that Kenya would cooperate with Somali security and intelligence agencies better to ensure that the border remains safe for all.
