Legislators from the East Africa Community (EAC) parliament visited Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre in Mogadishu today.
The legislators, who arrived in Mogadishu over the weekend on a 2-day official visit, were at the Office of the Prime Minister on Sunday.
In the meeting, Prime Minister Barre said that prompt handling of issues is paramount for effective integration of the country into the regional market.
Barre also called for increased collaboration in policy alignment as well as regional security and the importance of fostering business friendly environment in Somalia.
