The Minister of Finance Bihi Egeh delivered a keynote address at the Somali North American Business and Professionals Inc (SNABPI) meeting in Bloomington, Minneapolis.
The Sunday meeting offered Egeh an opportunity to discuss ongoing socio-economic reforms in Somalia.
He highlighted the progress made in improving public financial management, domestic revenue mobilization, and investment opportunities in the country.
Egeh emphasized the government’s commitment to creating a favorable business environment and promoting public-private partnerships to spur economic growth.
He also addressed the challenges faced in implementing these reforms and the importance of the Somali diaspora’s role in supporting the nation’s development efforts.
